Season Pass Waiver

Please click here for a copy of the 2011-2012 winter season waiver that is a requirement of all season pass holders to sign before they can pick up their pass.

Before you print the waiver you must ensure that;

• it is printed in full colour
• it is printed on full/legal sized paper

Once you have printed the waiver, it must be signed by a parent/guardian if the passholder is under 19. It also needs to be signed by a witness who is over 19, and un-related to the person that has signed the waiver. The witness needs to witness the signatures as they are being signed.

Waivers are also available at Guest Services when you come to the mountain to collect your pass. If you are under 19 you need to bring a parent/guardian with you to sign for you. If you are over 19, you can sign for your own pass. If you sign your waiver on the mountain it will be in the prescence of a Mt Seymour employee who will be your witness.

Event Waiver

If you are under 19 and are participating in an event on Mt Seymour, please download the event waiver here, print it out, and have a parent or guardian sign it. You must have a signed event waiver to participate in any event on Mt Seymour.
