Progressive Freestyle, for the most RAD

Mt Seymour's first endeavor into freestyle terrain was in 1990 with the regions first halfpipe and then again in 1993 with the regions first terrain park. This was a collaborative effort involving the support and vision of local pro riders (including Devun Walsh and Kevin Sansalone), some creative minds, and a whole lot of experimentation. The park was located on Cabin Trail and featured 2 jumps, a 30' single bar rail, and many stoked riders.

Mt Seymour's terrain park program has evolved in the past decade and a half to become one of the most recognized in the area. Today's park program incorporates several distinct areas catering to the varied abilities and needs of park users, a heavy design influence from Seymour's resident pros', and a park crew who ensure the parks are well maintained every day.
