Season Pass Terms & Conditions

As a Season Passholder at Mt Seymour, I understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions of carriage as follows:

• All persons must sign a Release of Liability prior to obtaining their pass. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of children under the age of 19.
• Season Passes remain the property of Mt Seymour Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Alpine Responsibility code. Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered passholder, or alterations to the season pass will result in cancellation of that pass.
• All sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The Refundable Pass Option is only available when purchased concurrently with your season pass.
• Photo ID will be taken for all Season Passes.
• All passes must be picked up in person.
• In the event that I forget my Season Pass, a day ticket will be issued to ski that day from the Guest Services Office. This Courtesy is offered ONCE per season. Tickets will have to be purchased for subsequent occurrences.
• If I lose or break my Season Pass, I will notify Mt Seymour immediately, and if the pass is not found, I will be required to pay a $30 REPROCESSING FEE.
• Mail-in applications must provide all payments in full. Applications must be postmarked prior to discount deadline dates.
• A $30 fee will be charged for RETURNED CHEQUES.
• I will present my Season Pass for inspection UPON REQUEST.
• Mt Seymour will not be responsible for the amount of usage by passholder.
• I have read and fully understand the Refundable Pass Option
• Once purchased, my Season Pass is NON TRANSFERABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances - Cancellation protection can only be purchased at the time the Pass is purchased.
• Season Passes are valid for the 2008/2009 Winter Season, expiring at seasons end on or before April 30, 2009.
• Personal information you provide on this form is collected for the purpose of processing your season's pass application, delivering information and materials related to your season's pass purchase and for other promotional purposes, and for contact purposes in case of emergency. This information is collected for our internal use and will not be disclosed except as may be permitted or required by law.
