WE ARE CURRENTLY PLANNING FOR THE 2024-25 SEASON!
Students will have tons of fun learning how to ski or snowboard in the expert care of our certified instructors. Four-day programs are ideal for students to develop skills and build confidence. Grade 4-8 students in a four-day lesson program receive a complimentary School Program Value Season Pass. Our online registration system means less work for organizers and a quicker check-in process.
Mt Seymour hosts some of the best teaching terrain around! For the 2023-24 season, there will be a new four-seater Lodge Chairlift with a 70% capacity increase. The gentle slope and covered Magic Carpet Lift make our beginner area safe and accessible. The Mystery Express Quad Chair makes getting to our intermediate terrain faster and easier than ever.
Our safe, modern equipment and efficient rental system means students will be geared up and out on the slopes in no time! By collecting rental information in advance, we pre-set equipment and have it ready for when you arrive.
Requirements
- School groups with grade 2-12 students studying the BC curriculum
- Minimum of 25 students required
- 5 or more students at the same ability level and sport
- Lessons run on school days from Dec. 18-22, 2023, Jan. 8- Apr. 5, 2024
- No lessons on Feb. 16, holidays or weekends
- Multi-day programs run on the same day of the week, once per week
- Check-in begins one hour before the lesson
- 8 students per instructor (may vary based on ability levels and instructor availability)
- Helmets are mandatory and provided to all lesson participants
Lesson Programs
All school lesson programs include a full day lift ticket. Stay after lessons for extra practice! Our four-day lesson programs have the biggest savings. For the 2023-24 season, Grade 4-8 students in a four-day lesson program receive a complimentary School Program Value Season Pass.

**Rental equipment must be returned when the lesson ends. The Extra Rental Time add-on allows students to continue using the equipment until departure. $6 per visit, this add-on must be purchased for all lesson days, at the time of booking. No extra rental time after 2 Hour PM lessons on Fridays.
*All students in full-day lesson programs must purchase the school meal program for $17 or $20 per lunch. Additional charges apply for gluten-free and/or dairy-free.

High Schools

Winter Activity Days
Book skiing and snowboarding lessons for some students and a guided snowshoe tour with tubing or tobogganing for the rest!
Incentives
For every 8 students in lessons, 1 school chaperone skis or rides for free on lesson days. Additional chaperones receive 50% off public lift ticket and rental rates. Organizers receive two complimentary lift tickets, valid during the 2023-24 season.
Additional lift tickets are provided to schools in four-day lesson programs based on the number of students:
25-49 students = 10 lift tickets
50-74 students = 20 lift tickets
75-99 students = 30 lift tickets
100+ students = 40 lift tickets
