Shred for the Cure, Ladies Ride Free *

Shred for the Cure, Ladies Ride Free is back this year for its 6th season. Starting January 9, 2012 untill March 12, 2012, every Monday night starting at 6pm ladies ride free.
Presented by Granville Island Brewing and in support of the BC Cancer Foundation, Shred for the Cure is a great night to come up with a group of friends, enjoy the slopes and have fun. Thank you to everyone who makes Monday night so special. With all your help and all your donations, we were able to raise over $55,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation over the past 5 years. Thank you for your supprt!
Ladies, pick up your vouchers from one of our participating retail partners (listed below) and redeem it at Guest Services for a free 6pm lift ticket. Make sure to donate when redeeming your voucher in Guest Services as all proceeds go to the BC Cancer Foundation and we are looking to break last year's total.
The Rock Chute Inn has great food and drink specials for everyone to enjoy. Make sure to stop by and get a seat for our Apres Ski prize draw starting at 9:00pm. We have plenty of prizes to be won from t-shirts to hoodies, hats, toques, goggles and much more!
Ladies, a voucher is required to receive a complimentary lift ticket. Be sure to pick up your voucher from one of our participating retail outlets to redeem in Guest Services for a free 6pm lift pass and have a great, fun night.

Come check out the contest which features an original big air format where riders are judged on individual style, rewarding creativity and self-expression the Vans Way.
No rotations over 720 are permitted!
The more style and trick variety you have, the more you get paid. How it works... each stylish maneuver will get you cash on the spot! There will also be a Pro-Tec rail for best trick portion with $500 up for grabs!

Nike is back at Mt Seymour February 11th for a uniqe Night Park Jam in Young Guns Terrain Park. Hosted from 5pm - 9pm, Nike is throwing this night snowboard jam to bring a unique experience of living like a pro to all riders out there.

The Canadian Shield Ski and Snowboard Tour is Canada’s premier slopestyle series with four signature events across Canada. The Canadian Shield welcomes athletes of all abilities and helps to foster a friendly competitive environment while showcasing athletes performance and skill level.
The launch of the Canadian Shield Ski and Snowboard Tour is built on the history and success of producing the National snowboard series, You Look Good Rider’s Cup (YLG). In YLG’s seven-year history, we hosted more than 3,000 athletes as well as awarded more then $125K in CASH and $500K in prizing!
