Premature Jibulation

Type of event:
The Rome Snowboard Design Syndicate presents Premature Jibulation - an early season jib-shred event kicking off the new season - in the Young Guns Terrain Park. Riders will compete in a jam format snake session and have a chance to win great prizes.
While there is a contest element to the event, the real focus is providing a forum for local riders to come up and have a great early season park session with their friends. The course is rider designed and the runs are rider judged!
Agenda:
- 9:30am – Registraion in the Whiskey Jacks Room
- 10:30am – Course Inspection
- 11:30am - Contest and Snake Session
- Awards to follow (location and time tba)
Registration:
- 9:30am – 10:15am in the Whiskey Jack's Room
- All participants must complete a waiver with original signature in person.
- A parent/guardian must be present to sign a waiver if participant is 18 or younger.
Fees:
- Registration - $FREE
- Area Pass – $TBA for Adults/Youth/Children
- Helmet and valid lift pass are mandatory during training and competition. Helmets are available in the Rental Shop for a special participant rate of $5.
Volcom Peanut Butter & Rail Jam

Type of event:
- The legendary Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam infiltrates Mt Seymour for a seventh season.
- The Volcom PBRJ is a FREE, limited entry snowboard rail contest featuring three parallel rail zones, FREE PB&RJ lunch, and loads of prizes.
- There are four divisions; 15 & under, 16 & over, Girls and Open (pro-am).
Registration:
- On-site registration the morning of the event in the Whiskey Jack's Room. (Pre-registration on the Volcom website will be available closer to the start of the winter season.)
- All participants must complete an event waiver and have a valid Mt Seymour season pass or lift pass.
- If you are 18 or younger, bring a parent to sign a waiver.
- Helmets are mandatory.

Flaunt It

Type of Event:
Billabong presents Flaunt It - a girls only slopestyle event to showcase the awesome talent that is coming from girls throughout Canada. With fun in mind, this event is in its second season and provides girls the opportunity to ride without the pressure of a formal competition to show what they've got.
Throughout the day there will be tons of music, lunchtime BBQ and a chance to meet new people. The winners of the Mt Seymour competition will be sent out to Mt Tremblant in Quebec to compete in the finals for the glory and the cash purse.
