Lift Operations Manager

We are seeking a full time, seasonal manager to take charge of our lift operations department.  This position will report to our Mountain Operations Manager and be responsible for the recruitment, training and co-ordination of all lift operations staff as well as the operation of our lifts during the winter season.

Candidates should be well organized, have good communication skills and be able to lead and motivate a diverse workforce in a mountain environment.  Previous lift operations or ski industry experience would be an asset.

This position would commence in late September/Early October and run until approximately the end of April.
